Will is a 35-year veteran of the financial services industry, specializing in Treasury Management, Product Management, and faster/instant payments. His career spans leadership roles at major financial institutions, including Bank One (acquired by Chase), Fifth Third. KeyBank, and TCF Bank (acquired by Huntington Bank), as well as with core processor Jack Henry and fintech innovator Autobooks.

A recognized industry authority, he has served on the Nacha Rules and Operations Committee, the EPCOR Board of Directors, and was instrumental in developing the business requirements for The Clearing House's Real-time Payments (RTP) Network.
