Tony Masone is Amazon’s Vice President and Treasurer and leads the Treasury, Global Risk Management and Internal Audit teams. Tony joined Amazon in 2016 after 17 years of Treasury leadership at General Electric, which included roles spanning from oversight of treasury functions for GE’s seven largest operating units as its Industrial Treasurer, to creating the treasury infrastructure to managing GE’s global banking needs as its Global Treasurer based in London. Tony has also held various treasury, FP&A and audit roles at Air Express International, PepsiCo, and KPMG. Tony has a B.S. in Accounting from Roger Williams University and an MBA from the University of New Haven. Outside of work, Tony enjoys traveling to cheer on his daughter at the World Marathon Majors, golfing, cooking his famous meatball recipe for friends and family, and listening to records with his chocolate lab Gatsby.
