Tanya is a Corporate Finance Practitioner with 20 years of treasury management experience across industries including transportation, retail & wholesale, and healthcare. She has driven the adoption of advanced technologies and innovative processes to enhance treasury operations for organizations ranging from non-profits under $1 billion to a $22 billion retail company with 13,000 stores.

Today, Tanya leads the finance practice at a tech firm WaveAccess that specializes in bespoke software development. She helps finance and treasury teams bring their transformation goals to life; her work sits at the intersection of finance strategy and technology execution.

A Certified Treasury Professional and award-winning leader, Tanya is recognized for her achievements in implementing transformative solutions, particularly in Supply Chain Finance. In her consulting and training work, she collaborates on the development of AI-driven tools to optimize financial processes, reflecting her commitment to advancing the treasury field. She has served as President and currently as a Board member of the North Carolina Treasury Management Association, contributing as an educator and speaker. Tanya is also the author of Alice and the Treasury Island, a book on career development and professional growth, and has created online courses exploring the intersection of technology and finance.
