Previously, Shai served as CEO and Co-Chairman of CheckAlt, where he led three strategic acquisitions and scaled the company into a leading AI-enabled receivables platform serving financial institutions, fintechs, and corporates nationwide. He has also built and exited multiple companies in the corporate services world, including Vintage Filings, Vcorp Services, and Vcheck Global.
