She most recently served as Global Head of Platform & Client Experience for Citi Wealth, where she led client and advisor technology. Prior to Citi, she spent more than 15 years at Wells Fargo’s Private Bank as Chief Digital Officer, leading digital strategy, operations, and end-to-end execution for one of the industry’s most complex businesses.
Over her career, Julia has built and led high-performing teams responsible for some of the most ambitious initiatives in U.S. banking — including the largest conversion of managed investment accounts in history, the launch of the first advisor tablet platform at scale, and multiple enterprise-wide platform transformations.
