Carl Slabicki

Carl is the Head of Commercial for Global Payments & Trade and a member of BNY’s Enterprise Leadership Council. In this role, he leads the global commercial strategy and delivery of Payments, Trade Finance, and Cash Management solutions for clients worldwide.
He is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Nacha and serves on the Managing Board for The Clearing House Payments Company. He previously held other positions in the industry such as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the U.S. Faster Payments Council.
Prior to joining BNY in 2014, Carl was the Treasurer for the Wurth Group of North America Inc. which is the regional in-house bank, holding company and shared service center for the Wurth Group.
Carl graduated from Muhlenberg College with bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration and is a graduate of SIFMA’s Securities Industry Institute Executive Education Program at Wharton.
